Portable Teleremote Solution’s
When Line-of-Sight operation is available but vision is
hindered or the area is unsafe, a portable Teleremote Camera
solution allows the operator to carry out the task from a
safe distance, well beyond natural viewing sight.
The Portable Teleremote system is
designed to perform Teleremote tasks where a full-vision
system is not required.
The Portable Teleremote system utilises two cameras on
board the machine to provide the operator with vision of
the machine’s movements. The camera images are
relayed to a colour 7" LCD screen, which is positioned on
the remote control set or a 10" LCD which is mounted in a
separate, self-powered tough case that can be placed in
the operator’s direct view.
The operator is able to control the machine via the vision
from the LCD unit. The camera views can be manually
switched via the camera change button or automatically
switched as the machine moves between forward and
reverse.
Using a solid state, integrated circuit, transmitter, and receiver.
Two whip antennas are mounted one on the machine, and one on the remote control case, they pick up radio signals from the toolbox-sized receiver located in a protected area on the machine. The receiver decoded the signal to provide an electrical impulse for the proper function.
The interface section converts an electrical impulse to control the hydraulic valves, that move the various control levers on the hydraulic system of the machine.
